Arrivé de France pour Istanbul, j'ai réalisé une greffe capillaire avec la clinique MCAN. Tout s'est très bien passé depuis mon arrivée à l'aéroport jusqu'au départ. I have posted a review for Mcan dental and has been removed. Avoid this place, all they care is your wallet .My wife dental crown has come off just after 3 days .They use very cheap material and their aftercare is absolutely rubbish.

The whole facility including every staff member was incredibly professional and pleasant to deal with especially my assistant Tugba. Operations went smoothly and the aftermath as well as the clear instructions provided were excellent! I would recommend it to everyone.

First class from start to finish. They speak impeccable English so no need to worry about the language barrier. My results are absolutely amazing, best thing I’ve ever done, wish I’d done it 25years ago. Hotel 4star and central too. Highly recommend you won’t regret it. My dream come through⭐️ Such an amazing experience with MCAN. If you are planning to do rhinoplasty ,liposuction,bbl,etc, this is your clinic. Second surgery with them and of course the best choice. After sending photos for an inicial assessment we decided that septorhinoplasty it was the best option to correct some issues with my nose. The price …nothing to compare with UK or Spain , and I can tell that they did perform the job in a very high standards! They contacted me really quick and communication was excellent. Within a couple of days I had everything sorted to fly to Istanbul. I couldn’t believe how flexible they were with my availability, as my calendar was a bit tight; but they made it possible. The things there were just spot on: drivers from airport to hotel, friendly and caring receptionists at the hotel, professional staff from Mcan and hospital, and the best surgeon for my rhinoplasty ( nose, ear and throat specialist with more than 17 years experience); he just did some magic in my nose. The surgery was good , but of course as it was an open rhinoplasty I felt pain, discomfort and burning sensation in the face. After a day, brushing and swelling appeared but everything got better after the day 4. During that days I just rested and chilled in the comfortable room at the hotel. The recovery took a bit of time but after 10 days I was ready to carry on with my normal routine without pain and just little swelling and small bruise in my cheek ( nothing that make up can’t cover :) ) I spent 7 days in Istanbul and I can say that I will never forget this wonderful experience and all the people that I came across with. Any questions you just have to ask them as they are really helpful. 10 starts for all MCAN team. With love, from London ♥️

Спасибо за то, что разрешили ездить со мной мужу в качестве переводчика. Спасибо всей команде MCAN . Теперь буду ждать результат.

When you think about hair transplant first thing come to your mind is Turkey and you have a hard time finding the right clinic. For me it was MCAN. First I was very scared and did not know what I will expect. But entire process right from getting me in confidence, to booking my days, to the entire itinerary was well drafted. The staff at MCAN were professional and always with a smile. Great institution with all good facilities. Special thanks to SABA. She was very professional and made me feel relaxed throughout the process. Will definitely recommend MCAN.

Excellent hair transplant experience all around. Communication from the staff was excellent from day 1 and I felt informed, supported and guided. Everything was arranged by the clinic, which was great. Here is a walkthrough of the experience: I contacted the clinic on internet and got a swift reply from them, and help arranging the stay. A pre-payment of 250euro was made online to confirm (which was deducted from the total bill). The rest of the bill had to be paid cash in euros, which was less convenient for me because of exchange commissions. The day before the surgery, I was picked up at the airport by a chauffeur arranged by the clinic. Upon arrival there was apparently a misshap where my room had not been reserved by the Mcan. But then, they made the necessary arrangements to make sure I had a room for the full stay. The surgery day started early (again a bit of a miscommunication because the hotel breakfast opened 10 minutes before the pick up time) , I was picked up at the hotel by a very friendly, energetic and supportive staff member. At the clinic, payment was sorted and then I was taken in for consultation to understand exactly what I wanted from the surgery. The surgeon was very patient and made sure to understand exactly what my wishes were in terms of hairline. Spoiler: the result was exactly what I wanted; they noticed that I had an asymmetric hairline, with a cowlick on the side, which I asked to keep because I wanted a natural look. When I now look in the mirror (3 days after transplant), I can notice that the transplanted hair on the front is facing exactly where it should. Same at the back, the hair was planted in a way that follows a very natural and original pattern. So that's great. The procedure per-se was more painful and longer than I expected. It went very smoothly though. The operating block was clean, but there were a lot of people coming and going beyond the sceptic zone, including wearing jewellery and watches, which I know does not adhere to best hygiene practices. This being said, disinfection was always carried out methodically, and the surgeon changed their gloves regularly. No sign of post-op infection. After the surgery, I was provided with medicine and a special pillow to keep my head up while sleeping. The pillow is a regular flight neck pillow, not the fanciest but it does the job once you find the right position to lie in. I was given very clear instructions after the surgery, and the next day, on how to take care of the donor and transplanted areas, as well as products to do so. The staff was also very available to answer my questions and demonstrate how I should take care of my new hair. I felt like I was sent off with everything I needed and that the staff would be available if I had to contact them in the future. The clinic also recommended some additional products (not included in package) to help with hair growth down the line. If I have identified them correctly, it is possible to find them quite cheaper online. All in all, it was a very positive experience; the staff was supportive and the surgeon/anaesthesiologist duo proficient. The result looked exactly like what I had asked for and in line with my natural hairline. I recommend.

I’ve had an incredible experience with MCAN for a hair transplant treatment. From the moment I spoke to Hassan to schedule the hair transplant everything was so smooth. The entire itinerary for my the procedure was available within one day and detailed down to who my driver is going to be and which hotel I’ll be staying at and that was months in advance. Then the time comes, before even my flight I already had Cansu send me a reminder email with all the details to be expected. Then I land in the airport and I have a driver waiting for me within 5 minutes who takes me to the hotel. I also have Cansu and Tǔgba following up with me the night before the surgery and arranging everything and then on the day of the surgery driver also picks me up, and I arrive at the clinic where we do a consultation and giving me all the details. Then comes the actual operation which in my case was 11 hours! The doctors and the medical team were amazing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Then I finished and I had the medicine that I will need waiting for me and also the amazing driver to make sure I arrive safely at the hotel. Then the next day was my flight and also the amazing driving too me and my wife there . It was a 10/10 experience and I’m also still in contact with some of the team just in case I have any questions. Highly recommended clinic !

I have recently had a hair transplant with MCAN health care. For anyone that is dubious about going abroad for this procedure then look no further than MCAN. What a great service from start to finish. Everything was communicated over WhatsApp in an efficient and professional manner. Any questions or uncertainties you have they will answer without any delay. The procedure was pain free and I’m glad to say that I haven’t experienced any pain since. The results so far have exceeded my expectations. Nurse Tugba was a great help and she is in contact with me for daily check ups. All the doctors and staff at MCAN offered a superb service. The facilities were extremely clean and they had the patients interests as their main priority.

Right from the start, the communication was excellent. Omar answered a lot of my questions. It wasn't a hurried process and it took several weeks before I made the decision to go with MCan. Once I made the decision to go ahead, all the information I needed for the whole process was forwarded to me, with very clear instructions. I was then contacted by Tugba, my would be contact in Turkey. Once again, I was given very clear instructions , from the airport pick up, to what to wear on the day of the surgery, etc. There was always constant communication from Omar and Tugba before I even left my country. The drivers were also in communication with me before arrival in Istanbul. The drivers were a friendly bunch, and I enjoyed chatting with them. The clinic was very clean and professional. The staff were a friendly bunch, and I enjoyed talking to them. I can't say I enjoyed the needles, but who does! Anyway, after the anaesthetic needless, the whole procedure was pain free. Overall, I'm pretty happy , and I can't wait to see the final result. Thank you to Omar and Tugba for the great communication, and to the whole team. Keep in mind this review is not about the results, which could go either way. But so far, there's a large and noticeable patch on my donor area, almost at the side of my head. It's been six weeks since surgery and the rest of the donor area have grown. Hopefully, the patch will be corrected and hair will grow back over time. I hope the area was not overharvested, as that seems to be one of the main causes for patchy donor area. We shall see in time. Will update what happens.
