Very professional clinic that cater to your every need. I was travelling over from abroad so they had organised everything for me. I had done extensive research before deciding on Dr Gurs clinic and i feel that it really paid off. Highly recommended

I went there a few months ago because the hair on the top of my head was falling off. They were very nice, they really helped me during consultation and they explained the process in detail. Overall %100 recommend.

I was initially nervous on the morning of the hair transplant but them nerves were eased on entry to the modern surgery and the first class treatment recieved from the warm and friendly technicians and Dr. Gur. I couldn't have asked for better treatment and although it's only day 2 since my surgery, I'm already extremely happy and excited for the months to come and to see the final results. I can't recommend this clinic and the team enough for their professionalism and kindness.

Great staff! Just had my surgery yesterday and everyone was very professional and kind. Dr. Gur is great and you can tell he is passionate about providing a good experience for clients and ensuring they feel listened to during the hairline design process. Many months to go until I can see final results, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic based on my experience so far.

I have had a great experience over all and have been comfortable every step of the way. I was nervous flying from the United States but I soon as I stepped in to the clinic I felt comfortable because everyone was friendly with me. They explain everything so thoroughly and I am very happy with my decision.

Highly professional clinic. Dr Gur explained the procedure with all details in English. The hair transplant procedure was long, but a lunch break was scheduled in between. Also, the rest of the team made you feel at ease and was very helpful. The medical consultation before and after procedure was also very helpful.

I had my hair transplant on 2024/05/27 during a travel to Istanbul, I went to the clinic for a quick consult about my case and fortunately there as a cancelation for that same day, the doctor check me and confirms me as candidate for 3k graphs (400 hairline, 1800 frontal, 800 vortex), then we perform the implant THE SAME DAY !, the staff was wonderful and SUPER professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. They explained everything very clearly in English, they answered ALL my questions, and made me feel super comfortable. The procedure was as expected, no surprises and they gave me all required medication to reduce discomfort and pain, the Dr. Gokhan Gur attend me personally during the procedure and all the girl’s staff were very nice and professional during the procedure. I think everything happens more or less 7 hours, including the evaluation. They’re providing me follow up remotely by mail, also, they provide me the medication and the shampoo and everything that I’ll need during the post-surgery, I’ll wait for the results that are expected to be evaluated as final within 12 months after transplant, however, for now, everything related with the procedure was fantastic. One special mention to the front desk advisor (Mr. Akif) that helps me personally during the entire process, he has been very diligent with the communication during and after the surgery, he has been providing me ALL documentation and he’s providing a clear communication channels for the follow up, I think this is a clear signal that this is a serious clinic and they really worry and care about the patient’s health, I think this is one of the most important things to mention about the clinic and the staff.

I had a great experience in Dr Gur's clinic! The staff was really helpful, and they were able to answer all the questions I had before the procedure and after. Dr Gur himself was very professional in explaining what the procedure entails. I don't have much to compare to since this is a once in a lifetime kind of procedure, but I think it went really smoothly overall.

Currently on Day 2 of the procedure. I had an excellent experience with Gur and his team! The quality of their work is outstanding, and their professionalism is evident from the moment you walk in. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable process. I will be updating this review as soon as my results are in a years time. So far, highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.
