This clinic is run by a team who are responsive and see the duty of care of their patients as the most important thing. Starting with the driver Levant, who was always kind and punctual, and Atakan, the international patient advisor, who is helpful, friendly and always on hand to help and answer questions, our experience was great right from the initial interactions all the way to the end of our final check up. The clinic itself is in a beautiful location - it is clean and relaxing with a beautiful view. Finally, with regards to our fantastic surgeon, Burak Alhan, I will be leaving a separate review under his Google page.

Я очень рад, что нашел именно эту клинику для проведения септопластики (исправление носовой перегородки). Сотрудники и врач прекрасно говорят по-английски, сервис на высшем уровне, операция назначили быстро (где-то через неделю после первого обращения). До операции закладывало нос перед сном, сейчас всё отлично, дышу полной грудью, спасибо большое! И максимально рекомендую данных специалистов ????

Möchte mich vorerst bei Dr. Metin Kerem und seinem Team für ihren Einsatz bedanken. Bereits Wochen vor dem Eingriff konnten alle offenen Fragen beantwortet werden. Vor dem OP-Termin wurde ich herzlichst in der noblen Ordination empfangen. Die private Klinik, in der die Operation stattfand, ist wirklich sehenswert. Die Verpflegung und Einsatzbereitschaft der Pflegerinnen war ausgezeichnet. Auch die beiden Nachbehandlungen in der Ordination waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

I had my otoplasty done here by Dr Metin Kerem. They are unique and did a fantastic work, and I couldn't be happier. The operation and recovery also took much shorter than usual, which is impressive. They have provided me with complete support pre and post-operation. If you're looking for the best value/quality in Turkey, ClinicArts is the place to go. They're definitely recommended. I had my rhinoplasty surgery done by Dr Metin Kerem and my results are better than I could have ever asked for. After months of researching which clinic to use, I am so glad I chose Clinic Arts. As an international client, they put me at ease every step of the way and were extremely kind and responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Clinic Arts to everyone who is looking to go to Istanbul for surgery. Everything was organised by the admin team (Atakan) was the person who I was in contact with. I had surgery by Dr Burak Alhan, he was definitely truthful and honest when it came to my procedure and looked at my best interest. I had a consultation prior to coming to Istanbul and then in the office a day before the operation. The hospital was nice and the nurses at the hospital were very supportive and reassuring with everything. The aftercare was all sorted out again by the team with no stress on my behalf, I saw many people at the office who flew in for surgery. I am so happy with my outcome that I went to Clinic Arts.
