It was a first time for me Dr.Ahmedov took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood. Also took the time to pick the best way to design my hair line to give it the best natural look. 10/10 service for me definitely recommend this clinic.

Je ne peux que noter l'expérience de l'opération pour le moment puisque les résultats ne sont pas encore visibles. Cela ne fait qu'une semaine. Le personnel et la clinique sont très professionnels. Les informations avant l'opération sont correctes et les échanges efficaces sur whatsapp (même post opération), cependant les détails du déroulé des journées n'ont été communiqués que très tard. Si j'avais su, je serai peut être resté une journée de plus pour avoir le premier shampoing effectué à la clinique. Je suis allé à la clinique en bus, et exceptionnellement j'ai pu prendre la navette pour l'aéroport, et je remercie l'équipe transport pour cela. L'hôtel inclus est très bien! Il y avait d'autres français, et pour ceux qui ne parlent pas anglais il y a des traductrices! L'opération s'est bien passée, avec les techniciens et assistants. Le chirurgien n'est passé que rapidement pour dessiner les zones donneuses et receveuses. J'ai été étonné de la différence d'informations et de traitement entre les patients. Par exemple un ami on lui a demandé des photos d'il y a plusieurs années avant la perte de cheveux, pas à moi. Chez certains on prend des cheveux de la barbe, chez d'autres non, sans trop d'explication. J'attends maintenant la suite, mais au global c'était une expérience très correcte et je recommande.

I honestly can't find one single fault with my experience! The clinic was amazing, the staff were so helpful and professional! The procedure was straight forward and then the after care package and all the information provided is amazing. Then finally the WhatsApp messaging before and after the procedure is incredible. I absolute love how everyone I speak to is really helpful and genuine! The staff are all a credit to the company and I hope the very best for Smile Hair Clinic!! I was nervous when picking the right clinic due to the high volume of places to choose from in Turkey. However I genuinely believe I hit the jackpot with this clinic! Thank you again for everything! You have all made me so incredibly happy !!

The team was very professional from the start to finish.They were very caring and accommodating which were the most important aspects for me,especially if you are nervous about getting HT. The procedure went really smooth ,communication was great, with doctor checking on me during the process. I ensured I asked all relevant questions prior to start of the procedure as I understand that HT requires high concentration so having conversations during the process would be challenging for everyone. The team already reached out to me to make sure I am ok after my HT which is very reassuring. Overall I am very satisfied with the patient care I received and I am looking forward to seeing some good results.
